The Ganzo Firebird blade is manufactured from 440c Stainless Steel.
It’s 5mm thick, which makes the knife very sturdy. The length of the blade is 115 mm.
The F812 model can help you to prepare fish you have caught or prep other food and also carry out auxiliary work.
Its blade is unusual in that it has a black powder coating.
The handle for the F8012 model is made of ASB thermoplastic. Which is a very strong material that resists most types of corrosion and is easy to grip.
On the butt of the knife, there is a glass breaker which can be useful in emergency situations.
