Large Cast Iron Cooking Pot or Cauldron.
The cauldron is constructed from riveted cast iron plates and holds around 25 liters and is suitable for suspending over open fires.
It’s quite large, around 40 cm in diameter, and weighs in around 3.5Kg.
Cooking pots like this have been used for a huge period of time in our history and this one is modeled on the Medieval period.
It has a twisted iron handle enabling it to be suspended over a fire. It folds down when not in use.
