The make do and mend mug has a second world war motivation poster printed directly on to it.
During the war, there was a huge shortage of essentials and luxury items.
The general public was encouraged to waste nothing.
The Government produced several posters to encourage the “make do and mend” message.
The mug is a standard size, around 1/2 pint, 3.8″ tall.
Dishwasher safe.
