Miniature Robert The Bruce Axe.
Possibly born in Essex Robert the Bruce or just “The Bruce” was King of Scotland from 1306 until his death in 1329.
The Mini Replica is based on the axe held by The Bruce on the statue at the Bannockburn battle site.
His axe was used to split the helmet and head of the English Knight Humphrey de Bohun.
The mini replica has a steel head with wooden shaft.
Its about 8.5″ long. Comes in a quality lined presentation box.
